The MPXH6400A is a high-accuracy, low-cost pressure sensor designed for use in various applications, including medical devices, industrial machinery, and automotive systems. This sensor is manufactured by NXP Semiconductors and features a pressure range of 0 to 400 kPa (0 to 58 psi), making it suitable for measuring a wide range of pressures.The MPXH6400A utilizes silicon piezoresistive technology to provide accurate and reliable pressure readings. It has a total error band of ±1.5% over the entire temperature range (-40°C to 125°C) and pressure range, ensuring precise measurements in various operating conditions. The sensor also features a differential pressure configuration, allowing it to measure both positive and negative pressures with high sensitivity and linearity.In terms of electrical specifications, the MPXH6400A operates on a supply voltage of 4.75 to 5.25 VDC and consumes a low current of 6 mA. It provides a ratiometric output voltage of 20 mV/kPa, which can be easily interfaced with microcontrollers or signal conditioning circuits for data processing.
