MPC8245 詳細說明

The MPC8245 is a highly integrated system-on-chip (SoC) designed by Freescale Semiconductor, now NXP Semiconductors. It is based on the PowerPC 603e core, operating at speeds of up to 266 MHz. The MPC8245 features a number of integrated peripherals, including a DDR SDRAM controller, two Ethernet controllers, a PCI interface, a USB controller, and various serial and parallel interfaces. The MPC8245 is well-suited for a variety of embedded applications, including networking equipment, industrial automation, and telecommunications infrastructure. It offers performance, connectivity, and flexibility for demanding applications that require high-speed data processing and communication capabilities.The integrated DDR SDRAM controller supports memory sizes up to 512 MB, providing ample memory for data storage and processing. The two integrated Ethernet controllers support 10/100 Mbps data rates, enabling high-speed communication with network devices. The PCI interface allows for expansion with additional peripherals, while the USB controller enables connectivity with external devices such as flash drives and cameras.
