The LM4667 is a fully integrated audio amplifier designed for use in portable electronic devices. It is a Class D amplifier that is capable of delivering up to 1.45W of output power into an 8Ω load with less than 1% total harmonic distortion (THD) at a 5V supply voltage.The LM4667 features a wide input voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V, making it suitable for use in a variety of battery-powered applications. It also has an ultra-low quiescent current of less than 2mA, which helps to extend battery life in portable devices.The amplifier includes short-circuit and thermal overload protection to prevent damage to the device in case of a fault condition. It also has a low-power shutdown mode that reduces current consumption to less than 0.1μA when the amplifier is not in use.The LM4667 is available in a small 8-pin MSOP package, making it easy to integrate into compact designs. It also has a simple single-ended input configuration, eliminating the need for input coupling capacitors.
