The BD64538EFV is a highly efficient, high voltage, 3-phase motor driver IC designed for use in home appliances, industrial equipment, and automotive applications. It is a compact and high-performance device that integrates all necessary functions for driving 3-phase brushless DC motors, including a pre-driver circuit, output driver stage, and protection circuits.This motor driver IC operates from a wide input voltage range of 10V to 50V, making it suitable for a variety of motor control applications.
